What is MLA Style?
MLA style is a formatting and citation style for your academic research papers that your instructors may require. MLA style is used more often for classes in the humanities such as English, Foreign Language, Cultural Studies, etc. There are multiple components that come along with a paper being in MLA style: the format, in-text citations, and a works cited page.
What is APA style?
APA style is also a formatting and citation style used for your academic research papers. APA style is used more often in the social sciences, like psychology, anthropology, sociology, as well as education and other fields. Similar to MLA, there are multiple components that come along with a paper being in APA style: the format, in-text citations, and a reference page.
