Click the link below to search ProQuest STEM science and technology databases.
Search all the databases at once using the search bar at the top, or choose particular databases to search.
Limit your search to scholarly and peer-reviewed journal articles.
1. Pick a Database: This guide provides access to STEM-specific databases: EBSCO and ProQuest are the best for peer-reviewed research.
2. Search with Keywords: Note the different terms for the concept you're researching to start your search. Find other keywords as you search. Make sure full text is checked and, if needed, Peer-reviewed. You can choose Scholarly Journals at the top.
3. Refine Results: Uses the database's menu (on the left!) to refine or focus your results.
4. Read: Click a title to access the article. There are tabs to view the HTML, PDF, and article details.
5. Save: From the menu on the top right, click All Options, and then Email to send articles to yourself with the proper citation style (proofread and format citations in your papers). Or, create a ProQuest account to save your ProQuest searches and articles.
